Just wanted to give an update from Google that URL Removal Tool is Live now. 

It allows you to remove URLS from showing in Google search quickly via Search Console in various ways. 

It also gives you possibility to quickly remove what Google shows of your page in form of Title, Description, etc. And allows you to show Fresh updated information on SERPS or until Google bot Crawls your page again. 

Finally you can remove outdated content using the same tool as well.
